We're Moving!
Blue to Gold University is moving to our new platform.
Explore our courses and create your account when you enroll.
See below for details on your courses, account access, and saving your certificates.
All new enrollments are now at online.bluetogold.com. Lifetime mini-courses and the webinar bundle have already moved. Existing full-course enrollments stay on the old University and must be completed by December 31, 2026. We are contacting Ultimate package holders directly about their access.
Certificates do not transfer. Download yours before March 1, 2027, when the old University closes permanently.
Certificates cannot be recovered after the old platform closes.
If your courses moved, your account moved too—but your password did not. Reset it before your first login.
Contact our team for help with your account, courses, or agency transfers.
Please include your full name, account email address, and agency so we can find your account and help you faster.
Your lifetime mini-courses are already waiting for you in the new Blue to Gold University. Go to https://online.bluetogold.com and use Forgot Password before your first login. Your progress did not come with you. A mini-course you had partly finished starts fresh on the new platform. If a lifetime mini-course you own is not showing in your new account, reach out and we will get it added.
Stay where you are and finish it at university.bluetogold.com. Your existing enrollment cannot be transferred, so there is no benefit to switching mid-course.
All full-course work must be finished by December 31, 2026. January and February 2027 are for downloading certificates only.
If your 30 days already ran out before you finished, your progress was saved. We are reopening expired courses at no cost — see the full-course section of the FAQ below.
This does not move automatically. We are contacting package holders directly to offer the move, and there is no charge for it.
One important catch: your progress does not transfer. Any course you have started resets to zero on the new platform. Download your certificates first, then we will move you.
If you have not heard from us, contact support.
This has already moved to the new University. Use Forgot Password at https://online.bluetogold.com to get in. If your webinars are not showing, contact support.
All new enrollments happen at https://online.bluetogold.com, including full courses.
Logging in and account access
Passwords are stored in a scrambled form that cannot be read or moved between systems — not even by us. Resetting is a one-time step that proves the account is yours.
Check spam and junk first. Department email filters block a lot of automated mail. If it still has not arrived after 15 minutes, contact support and we will look up your account.
Use the one you originally enrolled with. If you have changed departments or email addresses since then, contact support with your name and your agency. Include every email address you may have used — personal, work, and any from a previous department. It saves us both a round of back and forth.
Only lifetime mini-courses and the webinar bundle moved. If you are looking for a full course you were partway through, or the Ultimate package, those are still at university.bluetogold.com. If a lifetime mini-course is missing, contact support.
If you own any lifetime mini-course or the webinar bundle, no — your account came over. Reset your password and log in. Otherwise you will create an account when you enroll in your first course on the new University.
Yes, and many students do. You might be taking a newly purchased full course on the new University while finishing a previously purchased one at university.bluetogold.com.
Yes. Log in to the new University, go to Profile → My Account → Account Details, update your Email address, and save your changes.
If you have two accounts under different email addresses, contact Blue to Gold support for help. Changing your email address does not automatically merge accounts.
What transfers and what does not
Lifetime mini-courses and the webinar bundle.
Existing full-course enrollments; the Ultimate package; course progress and completion percentages; quiz and exam scores; certificates; notes, bookmarks, and discussion posts.
No. Lifetime means lifetime. Those courses are in your new account at no additional cost.
The two platforms store course data in completely different structures. There is no reliable way to map progress from one to the other without risking wrong or missing completion records — and a training record that might be wrong is worse than one you rebuild correctly.
Yes. Every course that moved is the same course you bought, with substantial improvements and new material added. You are getting more than you paid for, not less.
You have two options. Finish it at university.bluetogold.com before March 1, 2027 and download the certificate. Or start it fresh on the new platform, where the mini-course is yours permanently
Certificates
No. Download and save them before March 1, 2027.
They are, which is exactly why we want them in your hands rather than locked in a platform. A downloaded PDF is a permanent record you control. Save a copy and send one to your training officer.
No. Certificates download one at a time from My Account, then Certificates. If you have a long list of completions, set aside a few minutes and work down the page. If you get stuck, contact support and we will help.
The PDF you download is yours permanently — nothing takes that away. The online verification page for each certificate lives on the old platform, so those links stop working after March 1, 2027. We keep a master record of every completion, so if a promotion board, training officer, or auditor needs to confirm your training after that date, contact support and we will verify it from our records.
Your completed training still happened. The certificate PDF is the documentation. Download it, keep it, and give a copy to whoever tracks your hours.
After March 1, 2027 we cannot retrieve the certificate itself. Do not wait.
Contact support before March 1, 2027. Do not wait until the last week.
Full courses
No. Finish where you started. Your existing enrollment cannot be moved.
No. Your progress was saved exactly where you stopped. We are reopening expired full courses at no cost so you can finish and earn your certificate. You do not need to ask — watch your email, and we will tell you when your course is open again.
Through December 31, 2026. That is earlier than the March 1, 2027 platform shutdown, so do not confuse the two. January and February 2027 are for downloading certificates, not for finishing coursework.
No. Progress and enrollments cannot be transferred between the platforms.
Access to the course ends and it cannot be restarted. This is your one extension, so do not leave it to the last week.
The Ultimate package and webinar bundle
Nothing yet — we are contacting package holders directly to offer the move at no charge. Before we move you, download the certificates for anything you have completed, because your progress resets to zero on the new platform. If you have not heard from us, contact support.
It contains full courses as well as mini-courses, and moving it means resetting progress on anything in flight. We would rather handle each one individually so nobody loses work without knowing it was coming.
No.
It should have moved. Contact support and we will sort it out.
Agencies and training coordinators
There is no bulk certificate download. Each officer downloads their own from My Account, then Certificates. The most reliable approach is to have every officer download theirs now. We keep a master completion record, so contact us if you need your agency's training history verified later.
Please contact us here.
New enrollments
All new enrollments go through the New University, including full courses.

The old platform closing
university.bluetogold.com goes offline permanently. Logins stop working, courses are no longer accessible, and certificates can no longer be downloaded.
Yes. We will send reminders as the date approaches. Do not rely on them — download your certificates now.
